I have a love/hate relationship with my screens.
I love the productivity they provide. It's so easy to create and research and connect. I'm old enough to remember my Mom typing drafts of documents with carbon paper on a typewriter and I'm grateful to have a better system than that.
And still...screens distract me. Screens take me away from living intentionally, in the moment. Screens beg for my attention and get it more often than they deserve.
